Our return policy is 14 days from date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale Items

  • Custom Design / Made to Order Products.

    Unfortunately we do not offer returns due to change of mind.

RETURNS PROCESS

Please use the Returns Form to lodge your return.

  • To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please have these details on hand to complete the returns request form.

  • We respond to all returns lodgements within 24 - 48 hrs (during business days).

  • In the unlikely event of faults / defects / damage due to shipping please ensure to capture details via photos. As follow up to your return lodgement we will request a photo of the item prior to arranging for the return shipment.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item. In the case of faulty merchandise we will issue a store credit or arrange for a replacement product. Store credits are vaild for 12 months from date of issue.

SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES
As all our products are made to order we are unable to offer exchange for change of mind.

RETURNS SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 112, CABARITA BEACH, NSW, 2488, Australia. Please use the RETURNS PORTAL to request a return shipping reference number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item for return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Partially used gift cards can't be refunded. Gift cards may be used for multiple purchases. Any balance remaining will be available to apply to your next purchase.
